PhpMyCodeGenerator 2.22.0 Released

This release contains the following updates:
- Support using the jQuery.sheet library for viewing spreadsheets via browser.
- Fix some issues in the JS API and the XML_FROM_CELL_ARRAY instruction.
- Update to use newer versions of some external libraries.
