PhpMyCodeGenerator 2.18.0 Released

This release updates the command line control panel and adds an instruction:
- Add a function in the command line control panel to start the PHP built-in web server, for PHP 5.4 or above.
- Remove the functions for installing AutoIt3, Selenium and Zend Gdata from the command line control panel, as the same functions are available via the web interface.
- Add a DIFF instruction for comparing text, with an example script "wscript - compare text" to show how to use it.
