PhpMyCodeGenerator 2.13.0 Released

This release mainly improves the JS API to support the new web interface of the PhpMyCodeGenerator control panel. The update/installation scripts are also updated for the new project summary page and the new versions of some optional libraries, like Selenium Server and Zend Gdata.
