PhpMyCodeGenerator 2.12.0 Released

This release mainly adds/updates some filesystem related instructions: FILE_COPY, FILE_MOVE, FILE_DELETE, DIR_NEW_ITERATOR, RMDIR, DIR_COPY. And "wscript_sub - main tpl" and "wscript - list sheets" are updated to show a "Please wait..." message during Ajax calls.
