#28 Logging facility

It would be good to have some sort of logging facilty.

I have looked at clean.lib.php3 and see where the
messages are being deleted once they get too old.

I was thinking that either simply logging each message
as it is entered - let's say, to a duplicate table
that has to be cleaned out every so often... or,
archiving messages in clean.lib.php3 as they are
deleted might be two ways of going about it.

I'm going to experiment with these approaches, and if
I find a solution that works well, I'll see about
joining the dev group if someone wants me to post my
changes.

I think this is a great idea. Makes it easier for the site administrator to
keep tabs on whats going on in the room.. usually not a problem, but
important when moderators request bans of users, and so on..
