What file do I need to chage to edit the front page?
I would like to add a logo or my site name. I would also like to maybe remove the "register" button so people have to come to me (or I provide the link) to register an account. This will be a private chat area.

Okay, I figured out how to customize smilies but editing the smilies.lib.php3 file. The other questions still remain...
