Well, you can't fix it because.... it's an Outlook (Express) and maybe some other mail readers bug.
The mail sent is perfectly valid according to the related RFCs.
About Outlook Express, an other user (Torsten) were confirmed the bug by a M$ technician and also can ensure it is fixed in OE6.

The mail validation send to new resgistred users a mail where they can see headers :
