I recently installed chat on my site and whilst still working thru the customization, have discovered that it isnt working in netscape.

Netscape does not understand all of CSS 2.0. Try Netscape 6.2, there most of it works or get a better Browser, like the one from Staroffice :-))
Ohno, I don't like the changes of the w3c, not me, I also wan't to have my DHTML Layers back
