I am very new to php and I am trying to get the smilies off the help and on to the chat page making it easier for my users to use that feature. I found the code for the smilies in the help_popup.php and the smilies.php but have no idea how to put it on the page. Please help. Thanks.

I would suggest to you to upgrade your chat to version 0.15 (available on CVS), they have splitted the help and the smileys into two separate windows there.
