I would like to replace the title of the first login page and chat page to the name of my site, where do you modify this?

I would also like to title the page as the name of my site in place of the phpMyChat 0.14.5 above tutorial link, where do I find the file to edit this?

I am lastly wanting to put my site name next to the powered by phpmychat any idea on how to do this?
