I just installed phpmychat on my website and I have been busying myself with customizing it.
However, I've run into two problems:
I only received about 7 language install files, whereas most phpmychat users seem to have at least 30. This is a problem because I would like to make my chat login page bilungual for both English speaking and German speaking members. I did not receive a german.setup.php3 file nor any other german-related installation files. How can I allow my users to switch to German by clicking on a German flag icon on the main page? Is there a place to receive these language setup files?
Secondly, I would like my registered members to be able to set their own avatars from either a list of pre-existing avatars or to be able to link to their own. However, I did not receive an "avatars" folder in the "images" folder I was given in the download, and there are no other avatar-related installation files found.

Try here http://www.gobombala.com I have Bobs avatar version you can download. Also you can get all the language file I have found to date.
