Install don't work. Blocked at step 1 chmod.

Hello all ! I've a problem with the installation : i'm blocked at the step 1.

I'm at azok.org(hebergement) and the version of PhpMyChat plus i want to
install is 1.93

Go for the manual install. You have a file with instructions in the
plus/install/manual installation folder (manual instructions.txt)
