A German aiml is included in bot/aiml folder. I never tested myself, but I suppose you need to delete all the other English ones before loading the bot database.

you mean i should unzip the german aiml zip file and copy both to the emptied aiml file?
Yes delete all aimls from that folder and put the German ones
Then empty all bot_ tables and run the botloader again. There will be a link in admin/config when the tables are empty.
In your Admin panel/Configuration menu, under Bot settings, you have a link.
