a few of my users are complaining they enter they're username and password, but when they try to log in the same log in page is refreshed.. and it takes several "log ins" to successfully get into the chat. please help

i have installed and everything including admin contro panel/setting seems to
work, registration of users too.

however, i and others just cannot get past the login page ../plus/index.php.

entering username, password, choosing rooms.... clicking chat... returns to
index.php.

details gone so have to fill in again, no matter how many tries cannot get
past this page/view!

any ideas anyone?
