#97 Cannot save edits from admin panel

Hello!

I keep getting these errors any time I attempt to save an edit from admin panel:

You don't have permission to access /admin.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

My chat root folder is 755 and admin.php file is 644. I do not know what to do from here. Thank you.
