#51 Colour palette size

Hi all

It seems that the size of the colour palette is not the
same depending on wether you're logged as
admin/moderator or simple user.
It happens in version 14.5
When you are connected as simple user the palette
offers 51 different colours. But when you are admin or
moderator you have access to what I think is the full
palette with 62 colours.
The missing colours are those on the red (right) side
of the palette.

Does anyone know why and how to fix it?

current room.
