#50 Logging in/freezing problems

I've had various users e-mail me with problems when
they try to use the chat. Here are some of them:

-first did not want to post my msg, and 2nd when I
tried to refresh it would try to refresh and the just
stop and not let me back no matter what I did, after
about 10-15 mins I was able to get back in.

-the chat button froze on me while i was in the room
and to unfreeze it, I closed out of it and then
couldn't get back into the room for 20 min. The
computer I was using couldn't find the chat site
anymore. Then 20 min later it finally could again.

-I couldn't get into the chat room.
