#44 Exiting with incorrect URL

When leaving the chat by "logout" (or /quit /bye etc.)
in IE 6 there's an 404, as the replacement (I think
its %57 or %25, not quite sure) for the slash
character in the "dbSessionVars["from"]" field is not
resolved correctly.
