#30 rejected to logon-site

I have installed your (still great) phpmyChat at my
site , using the online-util and now, when I want to
chat , sometimes i will be rejected to the logon-
screen, sometimes IE says 'not possible to open
window'. What can I do. Thx 4Ur help!
