#29 help_popup() doesn't work on Mac IE

phpMYChat ver. 0.14.5

Clicking on the ? for help_popup return a 404 error if
using IE 4.5 for Mac. Works fine on IE & Netscape for
PC.

The new window opens with a 404 error and gives an
incorrect path to the file help_popup.php3. It
appears to be looking in the site's document root
instead of /path_to_doc_root/chat/help_popup.php3.

Tried changing the code to reference the directory,
which fixes the IE Mac problem but breaks the PC
browser.

Any ideas for a fix?
