phpMyBackupPro / Discussion / Open Discussion: empty backup files

Everything seems to work, but the backup file created is always 0 bytes.. i.e. an empty file

PHP Version 5.2.1
MySQL 4.1.22-standard
phpMBP v.2.1

  How much time does the backup need to finish?
  
  I guess there is either a PHP timeout problem or the memory allocated by PHP or pMBP is not enough...

  im having the same problem, except the file size saved is just 27kb each time
