#21 Erroneous Installation Instructions for version 2.1

Erroneous Installation Instructions for version 2.1

The README.txt directs one to the documentation folder to open INSTALL.txt. The INSTALL.txt file instructs one to open the global_config.php file and edit the following parameters as quoted directly from the INSTALL.txt:

"For security reasons move the file global_conf.php and the directory export to another directory and maybe change the names."

"Open the file definitions.php in an editor and change the line 28 and 29 to the paths you moved the global_conf.php and the directory export to."

"Set the rights of the directory export and the file global_conf.php to 0777 (read, write and execute for all)."

The problem is that the global_config.php has no parameters for editing the file paths for said file and directory. There is also no parameter for setting the directory rights. Please see the attached global_config.php file.

Please do not hesitate to contact me once these issues have been resolved. Thank you so much for taking the time to work on this.

the path has to be changed in definitions.php an not in global_config.php

the directory rights must be changed via ssh (chmod) or ftp by your own on your server
