For those of you like myself who didn't either find this part in the documentation of are just to stupid to know better here's how to fix this little problem...
you need to CMOD 777 your imevents folder from your FTP software. This changes the permissions so phpmyagenda can write files to the web host.
Maybe in future version when the error message pops up it can say something like, "change file permission to imevents folder" or something like that.

I can't seem to get any images to upload in version 2.1.00X I've updated to version .003 and still it's not working.
It says
Sorry, Your file failed to upload.
Either your file doesn't exist or it was too large.
Any ideas?
