#11 places.inc.php3 won't print all places
places.inc.php3 only prints places created by the user who is logged in even if that user has "read
all" priveleges.
eventtype.inc.php3 will print all event types even if the user doesn't have "read all" priveleges.
I have amended the files to correct this and will submit them for inclusion in the next version.
