    Just take english-iso-8859-1.inc.php3 translate all needed
    strings, add correct charset information and upload it to
    translation tracker.

    Actually, I am sure most of them are not used even by our
    native programmers, since our country is not so big one. And
    programmers in it are in minority. On the other hand, I could
    not find their used places. That is why did not know where
    they are used... Sorry! We are working on the translation
    atm, and will supply you with the latest version before the
    release of PMA's new version... Thanks...
