#795 incompatibility with port forwarding

phpMyAdmin cannot load images and stylesheets from
server behide firewall with port forwarding.

Let's say, my web server (inside firewall) open port 81
for HTTP and setup my firewall to forward port 80 from
outside into port 81 at my web server. When you browse
phpMyAdmin pages from outside firewall, all pages
appear, but without stylesheet and images. If you view
source, you will see that all images' and stylesheets'
URLs are point to http://domain:81/.

Please not that I doesn't set $cfg['PmaAbsoluteUri'].
