#342 Random Warning error on Mac OSX

I have installed phpMyAdmin 2.5.3 on my G4 (bipro 1.25)
with mac OS X 10.2.6 (apache 2.0.46, mysql 4.0.15 and PHP
4.3.2). the config is OK.

Sometimes I can connect on my phpmyadmin home page
and sometimes one or all of the frames send me a message
like : "Warning: main(./libraries/
charset_conversion.lib.php): failed to open stream: No such
file or directory in ... on line 195 ....."

And then undefined function and fatal error... When I reload
the page sometimes It's OK and sometimes there is always
a problem....

Is there a solution to this problem ??? thanx for answer

Are you are using Zend Accelerator / Turck MMCache? If so
see bug 571409.
