Is the php configuration option `cgi.fix_pathinfo` required to be set to `1` for phpMyAdmin to work correctly? I have phpMyAdmin setup in a directory like:

http://www.mydodmain.com/phpMyAdmin/

With `cgi.fix_pathinfo = 0` it loads the login page, but when I click "Go" the page redirects to:

http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?token=B5G0b509eaS8936C7dbW898a58Kclc05

Notice the directory `phpMyAdmin` is missing. If I set `cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1` then things work correctly. I would really like to ovoid setting `cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1` as this is a security issue with nginx and php.

Thanks.

On demo.phpmyadmin.net, it's running with CGI and cgi.fix_pathinfo is set to 1.
