When i try to import my site i get a 1064 error and it reads #1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'Rar!' at line 1, I have no idea what or how to fix? HELP

I believe that you're trying to import a .rar compressed file but phpMyAdmin doesn't know about the rar format. Unarchive the rar file (perhaps with "WinRAR") and try importing the resulting file again.
