1. displaying a view (display_tbl) shows the error "unknown table status: Create_time"
2. PMA_Table::sGetStatusInfo error message "unknown table status:" seems to be not localized

Part 1 is still valid on master-branch because patch was not applied completely (display_tbl.lib.php missing)

Thanks for reporting.
Actually the patch was applied in full, as you can see here [1].
It seems like part of the changes got deleted while someone was resolving merge conflicts.
Now fixed.
