#1666 Bring back text field with start id in navigation
In phpmyadmin < 4.2 there was a text field to enter a number of rows to skip ahead in the browser view next to the "next page" navigation above the query results. This text field disappeared after upgrading to 4.2.
This was an essential feature for me and it would be great if it could come back.
Discussion
This was a change done a while ago (version 4.1) to unclutter the interface and so far we got no negative feedback, so I doubt it will come back.

I understand that this feature is not widely used but I also found other users missing the feature. Maybe it would be possible to bring it back via optional feature toggle just like the "Show All" and other UI elements.
