#1650 (ok 4.5) Support a default page in designer
Currently the designer loads the first page when you navigate into the designer and the user have no control over it. I suggest to load a page by default if it has the same name as the database (something similar to what we do for bookmarks) and fallback to the current behavior if no such exists.
