It was named with Disable because the intended behavior (default) is to permit the database expansion in the navigation panel. Yes it could be reversed, as all the other DisableSomething directives.

Hmm. Something like "Enable database node expansion (to show tables)"?
Or "Include tables in navigation tree"?
Well the expansion also shows functions, procedures and views, so I would avoid mentioning only tables.
