#1566 (ok 4.4) Change value of "Number of rows:" when "Show all" is checked

While showing table, when "Show all" is checked, the "Number of rows:" dropdown still shows 25. This is a bit confusing.
Changing the value there shows selected numbers of rows, which is fine. But you cannot select 25, as it is already selected.

Solution might be, combining "Show all" in the dropdown. Or show some placeholder when show all is selected in dropdown. Or not show dropdown at all when show all is selected.
