#1548 Please support $cfg['CtrlArrowsMoving']=false again

I found a developer mailing list discussion of 2010 about removing the option to disable the Ctrl-Arrows-Moving feature, because none of your developers could imagine even one useful reason to disable it.

Well, I can imagine a reason, and I suffer from this annoying "feature" every day I have to use phpMyAdmin: When I need to edit field content with a lot of text to patch e.g. typos or changed values, I wish I could make the text cursor jump to the previous/next word using Ctrl+(left/right) arrows. I never felt a need to jump between fields (which works just as well with the Tab key) as much as I feel the need to jump word-wise inside text.
