MySQL 5.6 has added milliseconds to datetime and timestamp and PHPMyAdmin doesn't support these changes ... DATETIME(6),

Improving this in phpMyAdmin is currently pending an upstream fix to the JQuery time picker we include; it's unclear how soon we expect to fix this in phpMyAdmin as we are waiting on a new release of the utility from the upstream provider.
