#1361 mergeing databases and/or tables

please add an option to merge databases (pick a row to base it off of, select whether to override or to skip repeats, and select rows to reset to default if you want to(if it was an auto-increment row, the set to default would automatically increment it))

this would be great for some two database that had repeats and you liked what one had, but didn't want to lose what the other had

This feature should be available when the synchronization feature (https://wiki.phpmyadmin.net/pma/GSoC_2015_Ideas_List#Synchronization) scheduled for GSoC 2015 is implemented.
