#1235 Unite Structure and Relation view

The suggestion is to move all content of "Relation view" page to the end of "Structure" tab, unite these 2 pages.

Foreign key constraints are the most important part of DB structure, along with columns & indices.
Let users see them at once, without clicking on "Relation view" link.

Thanks Madhura. I have merged because I think that this is an improvement but I'm not sure that this satisfies the original request of "Let users see them at once".
