#4962 (ok 4.4.10) insert by foreign key scrolls page to top

Hi, when I'm inserting data manually there is problem with page scrolling up when foreign key is selected.

Reproduce:
Insert -> Continue with intersection 40 rows selected
Then I scroll little bit down for insert 5th, 6th,... row, I select "Browse foreign values", search for needed value and click on it. Value is inserted, but page is scrolled totally up, now I need to scroll down for next row, select "Browse foreign values" and the same happens.
Solution is to search for needed value, close "Browse foreign values" dialog and insert value manually, but it's not comfortable solution.
