#4938 (ok 4.5) On print, +Indexes link and .sticky_columns remain visible

Two minor issues I noticed:-

1. on printing Table=>Structure page, even when indexes slider is collapsed, the anchor link (+Indexes) remains visible in the print giving an impression that something is missing or whats follows is related to "Indexes" and not "Information".

2. on printing Table=>Browse page, the separate .sticky_columns header remained visible overlying on the print, when attempting to print the same page more than once (in Chromium 37.0.2062.120 Built on Ubuntu 12.04).
