#4870 (ok 4.4.4) Inconsistency in 'Ignore' checkbox in insert page

Select a table, go to 'Insert'. By default forms to insert two row are shown. Before the form for second row, 'Ignore' is written with checkbox preceding it.

Now when you add more rows with the dropdown at the end of the page, the new forms comes with the 'Ignore' followed by the checkbox.

The ordering of checkbox and text 'Ignore' is different. Also, spacing between two forms are varying.
