The config option 'only_db' is being ignored.
Was ok in 3.4

Are you setting the only_db directive in config.inc.php file or are you using the 'Settings' tab to do so?
If it's the latter, does clicking on the 'Reload navigation panel' button at the top of the navigation panel show the correct database list?
