If I try using the designer mode without configuration storage. It shows relation lines with end points at random places as shown in attachment. Moving any of the table redraws the lines correctly.

It happens every time the designer page is reopened from the menu.

It happens when configuration storage is not configured. If it is configured, designer mode draws the lines correctly first time also.
