#4536 master: import problem (PMA_String)

Since
https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/commit/9b77d746aba
importing a .sql file has slowed down. This means that I cannot import the full employees table from the sample MySQL employees database.

A test with a subset of this table (attached here) works but is very slow (60 seconds). By comparison, with QA_4_2 it takes 4 seconds.

I hope will find a way to improve this part…
Seeing http://php.net/manual/fr/function.mb-strtolower.php#78906 and http://php.net/manual/fr/function.mb-strlen.php#76725 , it seems that mb_* functions are really slower.

Here might be a clue: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/24344491/why-is-mb-strpos-so-considerably-slower-than-strpos#answer-24345965
But this kind of modification should be done as soon as possible, that means not to do it in each PMA_StringMB functions, but while creating the string variables.
