Not exactly a bug, but putting an up-down control in the entry display for all ints is a BAD idea. When one is editing some text items, eg, the mouse cursor can hover on the up-down control and change it without the user knowing it.
In this case you can install your own phpMyAdmin to your folder of the web server; it's just a series of PHP scripts. You should, however, use a different folder name than your host does and may want to take extra measures to secure the installation.
