#4452 Navigate Away: Reverting the changes to field still prompts on leaving page

If the field contains some value already (default value) and you change it, and then undo those changes, getting the value of the field to the old one, it will still prompt about navigating away.

Steps to reproduce:
1] Go to browse tab of a table.
2] Click on "edit" of a row (not inline editing).
3] On Edit page, the fields will be populated with current values. Change any field value.
4] Change that field again so that it is same as old value which was populated by default.
5] Click on some link, try to navigate away from the page.

    The cause for this is that it does not consider old value of the field before prompting. Actually, you don't even need to revert the changes to a field to reproduce this bug. You can just move the cursor inside a non empty field using arrows and still reproduce this.

    Yeah! but the point is not about if default values exist or not. the point is user has made some changes! so there are chances user might accidently click on links for which this, confirm navigation is triggered.
    Similar behavior exist in any web application, for example github
