In the advisor, "You do not have InnoDB enabled" is being shown, even though InnoDB is enabled.

Used variable / formula:
have_innodb

I just upgraded to MySQL 5.6.x. and I believe have_innodb was deprecated/removed in 5.6.

The above URL says what to use instead.

phpMyAdmin 4.1.8
MySQL 5.6.16

    Please close this bug. I restarted my server, and now phpAdmin properly recognizes my server version as being 5.6.16 instead of 5.5.x...

    This is no longer an issue.
