#4147 (ok 4.0.9) Accessibility: Images, namely theme/dot, without Alt nor title attribute

I'm writing about this because my hosting provider has updated PhpMyAdmin to 4.0.5 only recently.
In PhpMyAdmin 4.0+ (including last development version available as a demo), a bunch of actions are labeled with an image called "theme/dot". this makes PhpMyAdmin's accessibility for blind developers strongly lower. We, as screen reader users, can determine what this or that image does only by its Alt or Title attribute.
Please bring this back somehow.
PhpMyAdmin has always been a really accessible solution, and this (small?) change brought its accessibility down.
Thanks!

    Hi,
are you talking mainly about the navigation (left) panel? Indeed, in this new panel, alt and title attributes are empty.

    Hi Marc,
Yes, I'm talking about those images. When I try to expand or collapse a database or table, all that I see is "themes/dot", "themes/dot". That is quite annoying because there's no way to determine what this particular "themes/dot" means.

I would appreciate if you could test with http://demo.phpmyadmin.net/QA_4_0/ and confirm that all works well with your screen reader.
