#3959 (ok 4.0.4) Using DefaultTabDatabase in NavigationTree for Database Click

Hi,

the Configuration Directive "DefaultTabDatabase" is not used in the left NavigationTree when clicking on Database Name using Grouping.
Also when opening the Database tree and clicking the Word Tables (DE: Tabellen) or the Word Views (DE: Ansichten) there should also be used the Configuration Directive "DefaultTabDatabase" for the text and/or NavigationTreeDefaultTabTable for the icon, and not the static filename db_structure.php.

for the first issue, I found that this directive was not used at all (grouping or not). This should be fixed https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/commit/56e202a6f57fff1ddefa218a91cd0e67f4a88021.patch, please confirm.

For the second issue, IMO the interface behaves as one would expect.
