I'm not an English grammar expert, but respecting the style we have chosen for the messages, we should keep "Space usage" and instead, change "Row Statistics" to "Row statistics".

Typically, phpMyAdmin has used sentence case and as a result I would tend to agree with Marc that the proper format would be "Space usage" -- however in the USA both are accepted (sentence case being used by the APA styleguide and title case being used by CMS and the AP). According to page I found on Google, sentence case is generally used in non-USA countries and here it's simply a style choice; neither is preferred over the other.
Due to the nature of the project (for instance, when clicking the SQL tab how do you stylize "Run SQL query/queries on server 'localhost':"?), and the fact that we've been practicing sentence case for some time now, I agree with Marc that we should do sentence case and only capitalize the first letter of a text area.
Personally, I generally prefer the look of title case, but I think my personal opinion doesn't much matter here.

I am fixing this bug.
The problem was that the variable that kept track of the odd rows was not updated for the Creation field.
What should be the unit for the Row Length?
"B"

Thanks Isaac, this was very informative and I think it should become an article on wiki.phpmyadmin.net.
For readability, I prefer sentence case (the fact that I'm not a native English speaker probably plays a lot in this preference).
Yes, I agree about the wiki and will make the addition in a few hours. Thanks!
